“Open Hearts/Helping Hands - ‘Angel of Grief’ featured in the Artwalk at the 2006 Lowell Quilt Festival

“Doing Small Things” - ‘The Starfish Thrower’ - Fiber Arts Connection of Southern California, the show traveled throughout the U.S. in 2007.

“Sacred Threads” - ‘The Angel of Grief’ - juried exhibit into this special exhibit -June 2007 - Reynoldsburg, OH

“Fabled Fibers” - ‘The Heron and Hummingbird’ special curated exhibit - opened at the 2007 International Quilt Festival, Houston, TX, October 2007. The show traveled throughout the year.

“Women’s Stories:Quilts” - juried exhibit with the Huron Valley Council of the Arts in Highland, MI, August 3, 2007. ‘Welcome Sarah’ received an Honorable Mention award.

“Art=Quilts=Art” - Schweinfurth Memorial Arts Center, Albany, NY - ‘Koi Pond’ - juried into exhibition; November 2007 - January 2008.

“Journal Quilt Project” - International Quilt Festival, Houston, TX - part of a challenge by Karey Bresenham for the final Journal Art Quilt Project. ‘North Carolina’s Beautiful Beaches’ traveled with the exhibit during the year - 2008.

“Threadlines: Uncommon Threads” - Missouri State University, Springfield, MO - ‘Abstracts Dancing’ juried into show at the Art and Design Gallery, Sept. 5 - 28, 2008.

4th Annual “Threads of Life”, Charity Quilt & Fiber Art Show, St. Bernard’s Regional Medical Center Auditorium, Jonesboro, Arkansas. Featured Guest Artist, April, 2011.

SAQA (Studio Art Quilters Association) Annual Square Foot Auction - 2011. Donated piece ‘Reeds’ purchased by Eileen Doughty.

Indian Summer show at Southeastern Community College, Whiteville, NC from Sept. 26 - Oct. 29, 2011 . ‘Tranquility’ and ‘Reeds’ were curated into the exhibit, which was an invitational PAQA-South members exhibit.

SAQA (Studio Art Quilters Association) Annual “Square Foot Auction” - 2012. Donated piece “Eye Candy” was purchased by a SAQA Board Member.

 

​ARTQUILTSwater - PAQA-South - Jan. 4 - March 24, 2013. Three pieces: “Hull”, “Coral Reef” and “Sea Oat” were juried into this exhibit at the Page Walker Arts and History Center and the Cary Arts Center, in Cary, NC.

“Art: Outside the Office” - Elliott University Center Gallery, UNCG, Greensboro, NC. A combined show featuring Eileen Kane, Laura McGrath and me, held Jan. 8 - Feb. 1, 2013.  My art quilts featured in this show were “Eye Candy”, “Reeds”, “Tranquility”, “Red Sunset”, and “Cat Tails”.

 

DURHAM ARTS GUILD, Durham, NC - General art exhibit - June 1 - 30, 2013.  "Bark Writing" was juried into this show.

 

 SAQA (Studio Art Quilters Association) Annual “Square Foot Auction” - 2013. "Water Garden" was part of the group taken to the International Quilt Festival in Houston to be auctioned off.

 

ARTQUILTSfreezeframe - PAQA-South - Annual Members Exhibit - September - October 20th, 2013. "Bark Writing", "The Well House (Fifty Shades of Gray), and "Rusty Truck" were all curated into this show at the Page-Walker Center for Arts and History in Cary, NC.
